Many students hesitate or are unable to answer the question. This is of great concern to me. Service is the prime focus of your real estate business. This means that you have to not only know how to interact face-to-face, by email and phone with your clients – you must know how to interact with your clients online…with your website and social networking sites. It is important to know what you already have available to you so that you know what to offer your clients.
Some of my students have commented that too much information is provided to the public about real estate. My question to those who are uncomfortable with today’s technology is this: Have you done your research to see what the public really knows and how it compares to what you have to offer them? Do you know the public’s real estate resource – for example, HAR.com?

Take classes and improve your knowledge about your memberships. As a REALTOR, its pretty much impossible to be fully effective without keeping up to date with the ever-changing technology.The good news is, most of what you need to utilize is free…or already included in your real estate memberships.
